The Aotearoa New Zealand Rare Disorders Strategy aims to improve health outcomes for the 300,000 New Zealanders living with rare disorders through five priorities: gearing the system for quality care, sustaining progress through better information, equipping the health workforce, amplifying patient voices, and joining international partnerships.
