Fraame partners with MASH Trust to deliver a new Client Management Solution

MASH Trust required a new Client Management Solution, as their existing software was no longer going to be supported. Fraame Healthcare won a competitive tender process with our new HTML .Net version of our case management software called FileVision Health.  This was a significant endorsement of Fraame Healthcare's decision to "re-invent" our software from Jade Based Thin-Client software into a 21st Century "pure" Microsoft web based product. 

FileVision Health incorporates a range of enhanced capabilities in areas such as Assessments, counselling, programmes and groups, residential services, contract and quality management. Working with an expert Project Team Mash Trust and Fraame Healthcare were able to configure the software to meet the complex needs of MASH, which included integration with Financial Software for contract management, Payroll/HR Software and Ministry of Health Compliance for PRIMHD reporting.

Who are MASH Trust?

MASH provides a wide range of support services for people with mental health conditions, intellectual or physical disabilities, alcohol and addiction struggles and youth respite care. These services are offered either at the residential homes we support, or people who require support in their own homes, or in the community. MASH operates throughout the lower North Island in the Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Palmerston North, and Hawkes Bay regions.

From small beginnings with only two staff, MASH has evolved over the years and now provides 24/7 support and services to approximately 1700 people and employs approximately 550 permanent and part time staff. How Does FileVision Health Help?

FileVision Health is perfectly placed to assist with MASH Trusts day to day operations by providing one complete system to effectively maintain service information on the Trust's clients, documents and other resources. To ensure that client records are standardised and easily accessible to all staff and clients/funders for example where appropriate. For MASH Health having a way for the clients to access their personal information directly was important so Fraame Healthcare developed the MASH “Whanau” Portal specifically to address this.
