Official launch of Tautoko Hauora Service
Tautoko Hauora Service, is a collaborative effort with Methodist Mission, He Waka Tapu, Christchurch City Mission, and Tangata Atumotu Trust.
Tautoko Hauora aims to provide support to individuals who may not be enrolled in a general practice or who may not access their primary healthcare teams as often as needed. Our dedicated Kaitautoko (support workers) are here to bridge that gap and ensure everyone in our community can access equitable care.
