SPEAKERS THIS SESSION
Belinda Allen, Partnerships and Culture Director, and Rhonda Dames, Programme Manager, Healthpoint
Belinda and Rhonda will show how Healthpoint has brought AI to New Zealand’s most comprehensive directory of health and social services, so people can describe what they need in their own words. Because a person’s needs rarely arrive one at a time, the tool navigates the whole picture, for the person and their whanau. Rhonda will demonstrate it live across 12,000 services, including more than 3,000 mental health and addiction programmes, on a 22-year directory that national health programmes already rely on. Together they will share what it takes to make AI navigation safe, private and trustworthy at national scale.
Matt Krogstad, Chief Executive Officer, Groov
Matt will share how Groov uses data, AI, and applied science to improve the consumer experience, drawing on six months of production data of Ask Groov and the AI Health Coach that was launched a few months ago supporting kiwi’s in a manner aligned to the IPMHA health coaching program.
