Simon is one of New Zealand's leading technology lawyers having focused on technology, media, and intellectual property since 1990. His expertise covers a broad spectrum and includes new technology joint ventures, technology licensing, acquisition, and sale of technology and media businesses.
Simon has worked in large corporate law firms both here and in London. More than 10 years ago Simon, with a number of other lawyers, set up Hudson Gavin Martin (a DHA member) now one of New Zealand's leading technology, media, and IP law firms.
We are very fortunate to have someone of Simon’s experience and caliber on the DHA Board as he has in-depth knowledge of the health technologies sector, advises a number of DHA members, and has a commitment to assisting members to achieve the best outcomes possible for their businesses and for NZ’s health system. Simon also serves as an adviser to the NZTech Board.
