John is the CEO of Spark Health and comes with a broad background as a transformational leader across the health sector. He is a respected influential innovator and digital change agent and is known as a talented storyteller engaging audiences’ heads and hearts.
John has spent time in policy and commissioning with the Ministry of Health and the HFA, and in Primary and Community Care bringing the Health Care Home, Indici and the use of big data to life.
He has international experience in the UK, U.S. and the Middle East with health reform and modernisation of clinical operating models. As well as experience across Primary Care Start Ups with Tend Health leading the growth in their clinic network from 1 to 25.
John has been in a range of governance roles from Angel Investment, Private Education to Animal Health. He brings this governance experience to the DHA Board.
