Cemplicity's continued expansion across Ireland

Cemplicity would like to welcome Sports Surgery Clinic to the Cemplicity community. We’re excited to be working with this leading Dublin-based, private orthopaedic hospital, specialising in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. We will be going live with our real-time patient experience monitor next month and are looking forward to learning more about their service over the coming years.

Two of our larger Irish clients, Bon Secours Health System and Blackrock Clinic have expanded their programmes with us to more closely understand patient experiences of endoscopy services. Across our client base, we are continually impressed by the commitment to quality and safety that we see in the private sector in Ireland, which is illustrated by their voluntary adoption of JAG accreditation standards for endoscopy services, of which our work forms a part.

Virtue Integrated Elder Care continue to expand and take a progressive approach to improving the quality of life for their residence. What is unique about the Virtue business is their focus on caring for elderly people where they want to be cared for. For some this is residential care, and for others it is in their own home. Virtue provide services in the home, and support people who may come into residential care for a short period of time, without this needing to be a permanent move. Too often we see private providers in other countries pushing residential care, due to the attractive financial model that underpins it. Virtue, are building the teams and systems to enable customers’ needs to lead the service design, acknowledging the many benefits of keeping people in their own home for as long as possible.

Finally, no update on Ireland would be complete without acknowledging our National work with Behaviour & Attitudes in providing the National Patient Experience Surveys – the results of the most recent Inpatient survey have been posted and can be found here. It’s worth exploring this website while you are on it, to see the exceptional analysis and communications work, that forms part of the national surveying programmes.

Cemplicity looks forward to continuing our work with Irish partners and clients and supporting quality improvements along the way.
