Free online therapy course launched to help New Zealanders experiencing panic

Aotearoa’s online therapy tool, Just a Thought, are continuing to provide free mental health support for all New Zealanders with the launch of two new courses, Overcoming Panic and Overcoming Panic – Next Steps. 

Using gold-standard Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) these courses are designed to help the 1 in 4 New Zealanders experiencing anxiety and panic attacks, delivered through an easy-to-use online platform. Learners are able to take the course at their own pace, either self-directed, or prescribed by their healthcare provider.
