DHA members are invited to a member-only online workshop on Wednesday 1 February 2pm - 4pm, with Hudson Gavin Martin Legal, to discuss the Therapeutic Products Bill.
Following the introduction of the Bill to Parliament on 30 November 2022, the DHA sought legal advice on the Bill to understand how it might impact DHA members, particularly around the definition of SaMD.
With enormous thanks to the team at Hudson Gavin Martin, we have received a memorandum and would now like to capture thoughts from our members on the Bill, understand how it might impact your business, and whether you would like to contribute to the DHA submission to the Health Select Committee on your behalf. Submissions to the Committee are due by February 15, 2023.
