Webinar: Digital clinical documentation journeys

Hospitals throughout NZ are facing an increasing medical transcription(MT) demand alongside increased visitations and workforce challenges. Critical to patient care, the MT process facilitates the production and distribution of clinician dictated notes and the production of specialist clinic letters. These letters inform general practitioners (GPs) and other specialists with patient care updates to maintain quality of service and facilitate communication of care plans. They play an essential role in delivering a patient centred model.

This webinar explores the journey hospitals are taking to overcome these challenges by digitising their workflow and co-sourcing their transcription service.
