We're located in Ōtautahi Christchurch and we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our tight-knit team. So what’s the role?

We a looking for a client success manager who can take a lead on our implementation and support processes for our products as well as contribute to documentation of products. You will be collaborating and working closely with clients, product development teams, and project teams. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, and has experience with client success in the areas of support and implementation.

Working with our other team you will:

  • Facilitate communication between existing customers and key product teams ensuring successful releases of products, happy customers and ways forward for any ongoing queries
  • Coordinate key tasks for the successful implementation of new releases
  • Drive the processes behind release management and implementation of backend and frontend system
  • Set up a support framework for triaging and handling incoming requests
  • Provide initial support to clients and users for existing products and feature requests
  • Ensure client concerns, ideas and opportunities are surfaced within project & product teams
  • Offer support for technical documentation, sales, analysis, design and other team processes
  • Additionally, there will also be opportunities to attend tech & health events/conferences and engage with our industry partners. 

Here’s how we would describe you! 

Applicants should have 4+ years' experience in account management, release management, implementation consultant or support type roles. All applicants should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Applicants should also be a motivated team player and willing to try new things.

It is desirable that you have:

  • Knowledge of software project management and implementation
  • Experience with releasing backend and mobile applications
  • Experience with technical writing of user manuals or support documentation
  • Skills related to analysis and requirements gathering

You will really stand out if you have experience with:

  • Managing customer relationships
  • Knowledge of change management and how to successfully guide customers through change introduced by software
