The HIIG Meeting (November 2025) addresses government procurement changes and their implications for digital health. Co-chaired by Paul Claxton and Gavin Wright, the session features Paul James (Secretary for Internal Affairs and Government Chief Digital Officer) covering recently announced government ICT procurement changes, and Andy Windsor (National Director – Procurement, Supply Chain and Health Technology, Health New Zealand) discussing health sector procurement strategy. The session also thanks outgoing Co-Chair Gavin Wright, CEO of Fraame Healthcare, for his valuable contribution to the sector.
