Cara recently returned to New Zealand from Berlin, Germany where she spent five years working for a scaling medical education software startup (now over 500 staff) to launch their English-language product in the United States. During this time she built successful sales and customer success teams across Berlin and New York. Prior to her time in Germany, Cara has worked in the New Zealand healthcare system for 10 years, originally training as a Radiation Therapist, then working for the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, C&CDHB and ACC. Cara is also very interested in the startup ecosystem, and ran the 2022 GovTech Accelerator at Creative HQ.
Cara is based on the Kapiti Coast with her family, including two young daughters (4 and 2).
