SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - Novari Health and BPAC Clinical Solutions are proud to announce the successful integration of Novari’s referral management software with BPAC’s secure electronic referral system. This integration will provide an enhanced, streamlined, and more efficient way for healthcare professionals to electronically refer patients and manage referral workflows.

This bi-directional integration enables clinicians using the BPAC eReferral system to transmit referrals from within their practice management solution (PMS) to private and public healthcare providers using the Novari referral management solution. These healthcare provider organisations can leverage Novari’s customisable workflow features to receive, triage, waitlist, and process patient referrals. The combined use of BPAC’s eReferral and Novari’s referral management solutions help to reduce wait times, streamline workflows, and ensure that the right patients get to the right providers at the right time with the right clinical information.

BPAC Clinical Solutions is a charitable organisation providing digital health solutions that are widely used in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. The BPAC referral solution in Australia (SeNT and GP Smart Referrals in Queensland) and BPAC eReferrals in New Zealand have been improving the workflow of patients and experience for clinicians to improve patient outcomes for over 20 years.

Novari Health’s innovative and unique access to care technologies are live and being implemented at hospitals and regional health authorities in Canada and Australia. The Novari access to care platform helps improve access to care, wait times, and drive efficiencies for patients accessing a wide variety of health care services including surgery, mental health & addictions, diabetes, cardiac, medical imaging, etc.

“The collaboration between BPAC and Novari will help clinicians and healthcare systems improve efficiencies and most importantly, patient access to care.” John Sinclair, CPHIMS-CA, Chief Executive Officer, Novari Health

“This partnership between BPAC and Novari is an example of two organisations that recognise each other as having significant expertise in the complex and bespoke health industry, and that as a partnership, we are better together to provide value and improved patient outcomes.” Rei Ishikawa, Chief Operating Officer, BPAC Clinical Solutions
