What we do
At Adjutant Limited, we partner with healthcare professionals, general practices and organisations (such as Primary Health Organisations) to bring equitable, people-centred healthcare to life—at scale. Founded by two passionate GPs determined to reduce burnout in their colleagues and elevate patient care, we created YIHA (Your Intelligent Health Assessment), a powerful efficiency tool with a personal touch.
Think of YIHA like a supermarket self-checkout—only for your health. It empowers patients to actively participate in their own care, on their own schedule, with a process that’s simple, intuitive, and accessible from anywhere.
From condition assessments (ADHD, Autism, etc.) to reviews of existing diagnoses (Asthma/COPD, Depression/Anxiety, Hormonal Replacement Therapy and more) to administrative requests (work certificates, feedback submissions), patients can now complete these tasks without booking a full appointment—just by clicking a secure link from their practice.
In seconds, YIHA delivers responses, validated scores and more (for example to adhere to safe-prescribing requirements) directly to the provider—replacing what could have been a lengthy appointment with an instant, actionable update. It even tracks BMI, smoking/vaping status, and alcohol use.
For healthcare providers, this means access to powerful, anonymised population data to guide best-practice care and equity initiatives. Imagine comparing depression scores across age groups or identifying patterns in anxiety levels by ethnicity—YIHA makes it possible, effortlessly.
It’s as easy as emailing or texting a link. Once the patient completes the online form, the provider receives a concise, ready-to-use summary almost instantly. And while patients engage with YIHA, they learn more about their condition, discover strategies for better control, and stay on the path to optimal treatment.
The result? Patients feel empowered. Clinicians feel supported. Practices thrive.
