Health integration platform Propagator have announced a partnership with Manage My Health (MMH) to enable rapid, secure connectivity to MMH Connect, the company’s FHIR®-enabled API platform. The collaboration streamlines how digital health companies integrate with general practice systems, significantly reducing the time and complexity required to access primary care data.
Manage My Health is New Zealand’s leading patient engagement platform, used by more than 1.8 million people in New Zealand, with a rapidly growing presence in Australia and India. MMH Connect, its modern API offering, provides secure and standards-based access to clinical data and patient services across general practices. Through Propagator, partners can now connect to MMH Connect through a set of prebuilt connectors and configurable data pipelines designed to meet healthcare-grade interoperability requirements.
“Accessing clinical systems through modern APIs is a critical enabler for innovation in the health sector. At Propagator, we strive to be the interoperability fabric of the health ecosystem, and this partnership with Manage My Health delivers on this vision. Together, we’re giving digital health companies a faster, more reliable path to integration – without compromising on security, compliance, or data governance”, Nimo Naamani, CEO of Propagator.
Enabling modern, scalable integrations with MMH Connect
Propagator’s platform abstracts away much of the operational and technical burden typically involved in health system integrations. Key capabilities include:
● Reusable connectors to MMH Connect and other primary care APIs
● Configurable data mapping and transformation tools for HL7, FHIR®, and custom schemas
● Custom API design for controlled exposure or consumption of clinical data
● End-to-end telemetry, audit trails, and real-time workflow observability
● Flexible deployment options: SaaS, private cloud, or on-premises, with full data control
Whether enabling virtual care workflows, population health tools, diagnostic integrations, or medication services, Propagator helps teams move from idea to production-ready integration in days, not months.
Interoperability built for compliance and scale
Propagator is ISO 27001 certified, with architecture and processes aligned to support sector-specific regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and HISO standards. The platform includes granular role-based access control, customer-managed encryption, and support for transient data processing to minimise data residency risks.
“We’re seeing growing demand for real-time, standards-based integration across the ecosystem – from PMS vendors and app developers to pharmacy, diagnostics, and allied health,” Andy Ellis, COO of Propagator added. “This partnership with MMH helps bridge the gap between trusted clinical systems and the next generation of health innovation.”
