The Clinician’s ZEDOC solution

The Clinician’s Sara Sewell, Lead Project Man­ag­er for the South Aus­tralia Health PRMs Pro­gram said ​‘The Clin­i­cian is delight­ed to be part­ner­ing with SA Health in deliv­er­ing an intel­li­gent, inno­v­a­tive, and reli­able dig­i­tal solu­tion to improve the way PROMs and PREMs are col­lect­ed, visu­alised and used, improv­ing the expe­ri­ence for patients and clin­i­cians alike.’

The Com­mis­sion on Excel­lence & Inno­va­tion in Health estab­lished the PRMs Pro­gram in 2021 and has worked with The Clin­i­cian team to con­fig­ure the ZEDOC solu­tion for use in SA Health clin­i­cal services.

Imple­men­ta­tion will occur across sev­er­al stages until mid 2025, with the remain­ing Stage 1 ser­vices to be imple­ment­ed by the end of March 2024. Along­side ser­vice imple­men­ta­tion activ­i­ties, the PRMs Pro­gram and The Clin­i­cian con­tin­ue to col­lab­o­rate to enhance the patient expe­ri­ence and co-design dash­board capa­bil­i­ties for clin­i­cians. Work is also under­way with Dig­i­tal Health SA to achieve inte­gra­tion of the ZEDOC solu­tion into the Sun­rise Elec­tron­ic Med­ical Record (EMR).
