The Collaborative Aotearoa “Ngā Hononga Ora” Conference aims to ignite collaboration and spark innovation within the primary healthcare sector. This conference is centred on three key objectives that emphasise whānau and community engagement, model of care transformation, and digital advancements.
By emphasising the interrelatedness of these elements, the conference will enable robust discussions on equitable health practices, connected and integrated communities of care, and innovative approaches to using technology, while ensuring a sustainable healthcare landscape for our mokopuna.
