Vince has a number of years experience in leadership roles in both Hospital and Specialist services. Vince is well known to DHA members as the former CEO of Pegasus Health Primary Care Network in Canterbury.
Prior to commencing in his current role, Vince held a leadership role in the Outbreak Response Unit in Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, which encompassed the transition of the Covid-19 response functions from the Ministry of Health and into the new National Public Health Service in Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand.
