Following Dr. Reedy, our special guest speaker is Mr. Mike Luessi from the United States, who currently heads the Healthcare and Life Sciences Solutions for ServiceNow. It's not every day we have the privilege to hear from a global healthcare leader!
Wearing many hats over the years and understanding multiple platforms, his experience over 23 years includes start-ups and Fortune 500 companies including UnitedHealth Group, SwervePay, Microsoft, Target Corp, and Salesforce.
Mike has a deep understanding of the intersection between healthcare and technology and how to leverage technology to support the health needs of citizens around the world.
Most New Zealand hospitals are close to 100% occupancy and the health workforce are stretched to capacity. Mike will discuss with us how digital tools can be integrated as part of the workforce and can enable them to work to the top of their scope of practice.

Mike believes healthcare is a team sport, and that while there are differences in health systems around the world, there are also a lot of similarities.
